Fabiano Bandinelli has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Fabiano began their career in 2000 as a Quality Responsible at Labromec s.r.l. In 2002, they joined TRW Automotive as a Suppliers Quality Assurance professional. In 2004, they transitioned to ZF Group, where they held several management positions, including Area Quality Responsible, Production Manager, Operations Manager, and Plant Manager. In 2016, Bandinelli became the Plant General Manager at MECCANICA CAINELLI s.r.l., overseeing the factory in Volano, Italy, and CPS Components sro in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia. In 2022, they joined Laviosa as the Operations Director of Livorno Factory, and in 2023, they took on the role of Operations Director for Italian Factories at Laviosa Chimica Mineraria S.p.A.

Fabiano Bandinelli attended Università di Pisa from 1996 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Logistics and Production Engineering, which spanned three years. In addition, in June 2004, they obtained a certification as a 6 Sigma green belt, although the institution where they obtained this certification is not known.
