McKenzie Swantz is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Lavelle Industries, Inc. since January 2022. Previously, McKenzie held positions as a Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Intern within the same organization. Prior to joining Lavelle Industries, McKenzie worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at Adrian's Frozen Custard from June 2016 to September 2021. McKenzie earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, studying there from 2018 to 2021, and is a graduate of Burlington High School, completing studies in 2018.
