Matt DeMichiel currently serves as a Production Planner and previously held roles as Assistant Production Supervisor and Operations Intern at Lavelle Industries, Inc. since September 2021. In the Operations Intern position, Matt was responsible for overseeing over 50 employees, optimizing scheduling to meet production demands, mentoring staff, and enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior experience includes roles as a Forklift Operator at Brisco County Wood Grill and Busser at UPS, alongside serving as a Sales Associate. Matt is pursuing a degree at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, following a High School Diploma from Germantown High School.
