Mirac Erdem is an Executive Mechanical Design Engineer at LAV since April 2022, actively involved in the design, manufacturing, and implementation of machinery and mechanisms for GÜROK Group factories. Previously, Mirac held the position of Design Engineer at Dikmen Makina from September 2020 to June 2021, contributing to the design and assembly of steel structures, conveyors, and project-based machinery. Early career experiences include internships at Önaysan Endüstriyel Ürünler A.Ş. and TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, as well as volunteer work in robot hand design at Tripedia Tasarım Atölyesi and 3D printing at 3Durak. Mirac holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eskişehir Osmangazi University, completed in 2021.
