Nicholas Christiansen's work experience includes holding the role of Head of HR at Lauritzen Bulkers A/S since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at e-Boks as Head of People & Culture from March 2022 to October 2023, and as HR Business Partner and recruitment responsible from October 2019 to March 2022. Nicholas also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Jobindex A/S from September 2015 to September 2019. Nicholas started their career as a Student Assistant at Probana Business School from January 2013 to August 2015. Additionally, they had internships at Blivskiinstruktor.dk and worked as a Carpenter/labourer at Tømrer Jan. Nicholas also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Hvidovre Kommune and served as a Service Assistant at SuperBest. Furthermore, they worked as a Warehouse Worker at Translogic.

Nicholas Christiansen completed their education at several institutions. Nicholas attended Avedøre Gymnasium from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. From 2009 to 2012, Nicholas pursued a degree in Erhvervsøkonomi at Aarhus University. Later, they attended Copenhagen Business School from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained their Cand.merc.HRM in Human Resource Management. Additionally, Nicholas has acquired certifications such as ACE and MPA from Master Danmark A/S, and NLP from Intern uddannelse in 2017.
