Gerry Scolamiero has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Gerry began their career as a Senior Consultant at Somapro Ltée, where they managed various projects and developed computer applications for clients such as Hydro-Québec and Alcan Ltée. Gerry then joined Sodema - Division de Publications Transcontinental inc. as the Director of IT Services, where they were responsible for all IT aspects, including creating an IT management framework and establishing an IT service center. At Microcell Telecom (Fido, Rogers), Gerry served as the IT Development Director, leading multiple multidisciplinary development teams and playing a key role in developing and implementing the company's IT strategies. Gerry later joined Laurentian Bank of Canada, where they held several roles, including Business Relationship Manager, Senior Advisor for IT Governance, and Senior Manager of Compliance. Gerry has recently retired.

Gerry Scolamiero obtained a D.E.C. in Informatique de gestion from Dawson College in 1979. There is no information about any previous education.
