Bailey Gossett has had a varied and diverse work experience. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing & PR Coordinator and Marketing Assistant at Lauren B, as a Brand Manager at Core Burn Pilates, and in 2020 they were a Showroom Assistant at SydneyEvan/Letrend. In 2019, they were a PR and Marketing Intern at Jennifer Behr, and in 2018 they were a Showroom Intern at findings inc. In 2016, they were an Intern/Personal Assistant at Prophetik/Jeff Garner, and in 2015 they were an Intern/Personal Assistant at Betro Simone.

Bailey Gossett attended Campbell Hall from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained their High School Diploma. They then attended Bentley University from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Psychology. In November 2021, they obtained their Diamond Essentials certification from the Gemological Institute of America.
