Tom Searl has extensive experience in the laundry industry. Tom started their career in 1989 at Alliance Laundry Systems as a Manager of National Accounts. Tom then worked at Continental Girbau as a Western Regional Sales Manager from 2003 to 2010. After that, they joined Skyline Equipment Company as the VP and General Manager for one year. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the VP of Commercial Sales at Manna Distributors. In 2015, they became the Western Regional Sales Manager for Xeros Polymer Cleaning, where they worked until 2017. In the same year, they held the position of Director of Sales at both Wascomat- Laundry Nation and Laundrylux North America.

Tom Searl obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Labette Community College, which they attended from 1982 to 1984. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, completing their studies from 1985 to 1987.
