Kasper Dam is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in founding and managing various companies. As Co-Founder of Launchr since July 2021, Kasper has focused on assisting founders globally in building better businesses. Previously, Kasper founded and served as CEO of Kandio, a B2B SaaS platform aimed at improving recruitment processes. Other notable ventures include co-founding Syv IVS, Friday Group Aps, and Fradrag.nu, each addressing unique market needs in Denmark. With a background in marketing and management, highlighted by the role of General Manager at Restaurations Kompagniet A/S and CEO of Tend ApS, Kasper has also contributed to the Danish startup ecosystem as a judge for Venture Cup. Kasper's career began with roles at Carlsberg Denmark A/S and SPAMfighter, enhancing skills in sales, marketing, and IT support. Kasper holds an Administration Degree from Niels Brock, completed in 2012.
