Kirsti Wilson is a seasoned marketing and fundraising professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing and Fundraising at Launchpad since January 2020, Kirsti also holds the position of Deputy Chair of Trustees at RABBLE Theatre, actively promoting the arts through education and performance in Reading. Previously, Kirsti was the Managing Director at Connect Reading, and has contributed consultancy services to the University of Reading. With a robust background in marketing management and strategic development, Kirsti has worked with institutions such as Artangel and has held various marketing roles at ADC Software Systems, Azlan, and Black Box. Educated at the University of Reading with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, Kirsti has furthered their expertise through numerous professional qualifications, including a Certificate in Fundraising from the Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
