Marine Beaufils has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fashion, luxury, and marketing industries. Currently, they are the Global Key Account Director at Launchmetrics, a performance marketing and analytics technology partner for the Fashion, Luxury, and Beauty industry.

Before their current role, Marine worked at WGSN as a Strategic Account Director EMEA - Luxury, where they closely collaborated with the fashion, beauty, and design industries across 23 countries. Marine also held the position of Senior Account Manager - Fashion & Beauty at WGSN previously. In addition, Marine acted as the Acting Country Manager France during their time at WGSN.

Prior to their tenure at WGSN, Marine worked as a Sales & Account Manager at TransPerfect, specializing in marketing sales. Marine also gained experience as a Marketing and Business Manager at the French Australian Chamber of Commerce & Industry, where they assisted French businesses in integrating into the Australian market through events and business services.

Marine's early career involved internships at Sonia Rykiel as a Sales Associate and at Media by Kantar, where they gained experience in media monitoring.

Marine Beaufils holds a diverse educational background in fashion, marketing, and business. In 2009, they completed a Master's in Management with a focus on Marketing and Communications at Bond University. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2009, Marine earned another Master's in Management from EM Strasbourg Business School, specializing in Marketing and Business Negotiation.

More recently, Marine enrolled in the Institut Français de la Mode and is currently pursuing a Fashion Management Certificate with a concentration in Fashion & Luxury Business Strategy. In addition to their formal education, Marine has also obtained certifications. In 2021, they completed the Sustainability: Shaping Fashion's Future course offered by the Institut Français de la Mode, as well as the Trends & Foresight Program: Strategies & Methodologies provided by The Future Laboratory.
