Hera A. began their career in 2018 as a Program Manager at the United States Department of Defense. In 2021, they joined Altos Business Group as a Product Launch Specialist. In 2022, they moved to LaunchBoom as a Product Launch Consultant and Campaign Strategist. As a Product Launch Consultant, they coach entrepreneurs on how to go from a product idea to a 6-7 figure crowdfunding campaign from start to finish. As a Campaign Strategist, they specialize in market research, brand positioning, content writing, and developing strategies to scaling ads for pre-Launch advertising and live crowdfunding campaigns.

Hera A. attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, studying Fashion Merchandising. Hera has obtained several certifications, including IMCOM Human Resources and New Employee Training from U.S. Army MWR in October 2019, IMCOM Supervisory Management from U.S. Army MWR in October 2019, Cash and Handling from U.S. Army MWR in September 2018, Government Purchase Card Holder from U.S. Army MWR in April 2020, and Behavior Interventionist from Sage Behavior Services in September 2020.
