Dean DiPaolo is an accomplished financial executive currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Launch That since April 2024. Prior experience includes the role of CFO at Strada Services from October 2018 to March 2024, where Dean managed financial operations for a private equity-backed electrical and contracting company. Dean also held CFO positions at HCS Healthcare and Healthcare Support Staffing from January 2013 to June 2018, overseeing specialized healthcare workforce solutions and staffing services, respectively. Additional experience includes serving as CFO at ACH of America Group for nearly a decade, providing financial leadership for a business process outsourcing provider. Dean began career as a CFO Consultant at Simplicity Capital Corporation, following a tenure as Financial Manager at Medaphis Corporation, and an auditor at Ernst & Young LLP. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Master of Accounting from Florida International University.
