Kirsan Wessel has accumulated diverse work experience in various companies. In 2012, they worked as a Finance Intern at Hallmark Cards, where they developed a financial template and collaborated with customer and product teams. In 2013, they joined HNTB as a Project Analyst, handling project accounting and reporting responsibilities. Kirsan later became a Sr. Financial Analyst, leading financial analysis and reporting for the Design Build leadership team and contributing to a divisional reorganization. In 2017, Wessel joined Amply Media as an Operations Analyst before transitioning to Director Of Analytics in 2020. During this time, they also served as Content Studio Leader. In 2018, Wessel briefly worked at HNTB as a District Business Manager focused on reporting and analytics. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Revenue Optimization & Marketing at Launch Potato since 2022.
Kirsan Wessel completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Rockhurst University between the years 2015 and 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business with a specialization in Finance from The University of Kansas from 2009 to 2012. Their educational journey began in high school at Shawnee Mission Northwest High School, where they completed their secondary education from 2005 to 2009.
