Amanda Knutson, MBA is currently the Vice President, Growth and Operations at Launch My Health since March 2021, where Amanda is dedicated to spreading the Food is Medicine movement through digital nutrition and culinary education services. Previously, Amanda worked at Fairview Health Services as the Manager, Community Health & Innovation from May 2018 to March 2021, focusing on improving the health of Minnesotans. Prior to that, Amanda was the Manager, Health & Well-being Operations at HealthEast from September 2010 to May 2018. Amanda has a BA in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from St. Olaf College, and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Amanda's experience includes program design and measurement, change leadership, and strategic partnerships.
