Rory Murphy is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technology management and support across various industries. Currently serving as IT Manager at Launch Housing since October 2021, Rory is dedicated to utilizing technology to support homelessness services for disadvantaged communities in Melbourne. Prior experience includes roles at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre as Business Partner for Digital Transformation and ICT Manager, as well as IT Manager at Fed Square Pty Ltd. A brief hiatus in 2020 was taken for family commitments as a full-time dad. Rory's early career includes positions at Optus, Deacons, IBM, and Hibernian Insurance, with a formal education in Information Technology from the Australian Computer Society.
