Jessica Crawford's work experience begins in 2004 as a Restaurant Manager at Home Plate Burgers, where they worked until 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they served as a Shop Manager at Floyd's 99 Barbershop. In 2010, they worked as a Restaurant General Manager at Fatburger and later became a General Manager at Outlaw Barbershop and Salon from 2010 to 2014. From 2014 to 2016, Jessica worked as an Administrative Assistant at MassMutual Financial Group and then transitioned to a Human Resources Coordinator role at Touch of Life Physical Therapy, Inc. In 2016, they became the General Manager at Jamba Juice until 2019. Jessica then worked as an Office Administrator at Two Trees Physical Therapy & Wellness from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Operations Manager at Cleure (Skincare Products) and is currently working as an E-commerce Support Coordinator at Launch Gift Cards.

Jessica Crawford completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Moorpark College between 2005 and 2008. Jessica also obtained a certification in Business Management from Moorpark College in December 2007. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology - Work and Society, with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, from California State University, Northridge between 2013 and 2015.
