Petru Constantin is an experienced data professional currently serving as a Data Scientist and Solutions Architect/Technology Leadership Mentee at Launch Consulting Group since December 2020. Petru has significantly contributed to HR data integration systems and developed visual analytics models using PowerBI for Microsoft's FD&E team. Prior to this role, Petru co-founded Tech Accessory Center LLC, overseeing the startup process and e-commerce management. Experience also includes positions such as Research Assistant at the UW Washington Nanofabrication Facility, where Petru maintained lab standards and developed innovative processes, as well as providing technical support and system administration for Zeta Psi Fraternity. Petru's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science and Business from Bellevue College.
