Riya Ahuja is an experienced professional currently serving as an Innovation Associate at Lagunitas Brewing Company, a subsidiary of The Heineken Company, since November 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Teaching Intern in Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Financial Literacy at The Hill School, and as a Co-Founder of Pandemos, an e-commerce sustainable clothing brand for COVID-19 relief in India. Riya has also worked as a Strategy Intern at FCB New York and gained valuable insights into corporate finance and investment banking during an internship at PwC, focusing on mergers and acquisitions in the hospitality, travel, and sanitation sectors. Riya's athletic background includes serving on the SAESO Executive Board as Director of International Relations and competing as a NCAA Division 1 Women's Golfer at Wisconsin Athletics, fostering leadership, teamwork, and time management skills. Riya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
