Richard Wezensky has a diverse work experience spanning from 1993 to the present. Richard started their career as a Pre-Press Manager at Kingcraft Color Graphics, where they worked from 1993 to 1996. Richard then moved on to Imagelinx Digital Imaging in Vancouver, BC, where they served as a Pre-Press Specialist and Graphic Designer from 1996 to 1997. Following this, they joined Diamond Graphics Printing in Dallas as a Pre-Press Manager from 1997 to 1999.

In 1999, Richard joined Temerlin McClain as an Art Director, where they worked until 2003. During their time at Temerlin McClain, they gained experience and expertise in the advertising industry.

In 2003, Richard became a part of the launch of Launch Agency, a full-service advertising agency based in Dallas. Richard started as an Associate Creative Director and played a key role in its establishment and growth. After 17 years of dedicated service, they were promoted to the role of Creative Services Director in January 2020. In their current position, Richard is responsible for building, managing, and optimizing a creative and collaborative environment at Launch Agency.

Richard Wezensky obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from The University of Texas at Austin. Richard attended the university from 1985 to 1991.
