Honoria Murphy has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Honoria started their career as an Administrative Clerk at the Law Offices of G in 1995 and later worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Long and Foster Rockville Centre from 1998 to 2000. Honoria then joined Harrah's Entertainment in 2000 and held various roles such as HR Analyst/Generalist and Employee Relations Assistant. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as an Income Control Manager and Revenue Audit Manager at Harrah's Entertainment. In 2007, they joined Stine, LLC as the Human Resources Director, where they led HR practices and objectives for 750+ associates across 13 locations. Since 2010, they have been working at L'Auberge Lake Charles, starting as a Learning and Performance Specialist and progressing to the roles of Compliance Manager, Director of Regulatory Compliance, and currently, Director of Information Technology.

Honoria Murphy started their education journey at American University from 1997 to 2000, where they pursued Philosophy as their field of study. Moving forward, from 2004 to 2007, Honoria attended McNeese State University, obtaining a BA degree in Business Administration and Philosophy. Additionally, in January 2011, they earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
