Laura Vanaga is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and coaching with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Expert and Coach at Latvijas Valsts radio un televīzijas centrs, Laura also leads the Latvian unit at MOTIVEER.eu and is a Certified Coach with CoachHub, a leader in digital coaching. Laura operates Laura Vanaga Coaching, providing career and leadership coaching, while co-founding Oratore, which specializes in public speaking training for executives. Previous positions include headhunter and career coach at Eiro Personāls and leadership roles within the BNI Global Power Team. Laura has held board positions at ICF Latvia and has a strong educational background in coaching and personnel management.
