Reinis Indans is a highly skilled software developer with extensive experience in various roles related to programming and geoinformatics. Currently serving as a Senior Python Developer at Latvijas valsts meži since March 2023, Reinis has also worked as a Full-stack Developer in freelance software development since May 2019. Previous roles include Frontend Web Developer at the Leibniz Institute of Ecological Urban and Regional Development, where responsibilities involved maintaining the GeoPortal, and GIS Technician at Pikobytes, focused on developing automatic mapping tools. Reinis began the career as an Assistant Land Surveyor and has also worked briefly as a tour guide.
