Sam Latus is the Director of LATUS Health and Latus Training, where Sam is dedicated to improving the way the world heals and redefining health and fitness. Sam is also a Co Founder of Whey Box, a company that aims to make protein mainstream. In the past, Sam has worked as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Hull and had a successful career as a professional Super League player for Hull Kingston Rovers. Sam holds A-Levels in Sport, Business, Economics, and Psychology from Hymers College.
