Yannick Merkli is a Machine Learning Engineer at LatticeFlow AI since March 2021. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, both from ETH Zurich. Teaching experience at ETH Zurich includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for courses in Signal and Information Processing Lab and Advanced Topics in Communication Networks. A semester thesis focused on adversarial machine learning was conducted at the Cyber-Defence Campus, which resulted in an optimal evasion attack on network flow classifiers. Prior to these roles, Yannick Merkli completed an internship at Open Systems, contributing to SD-WAN solutions through various engineering responsibilities within the Firewall Team. Educational foundation includes a Swiss Matura in Mathematics and Physics from Kantonsschule Baden.
