Nicholas B. McEachin

Account Executive, SMB at Lattice

Nicholas B. McEachin has a diverse work experience starting from 2008 with Northwestern Mutual, where they worked as a Financial Intern and was recognized as one of the top producing interns. Nicholas B. then moved on to roles as an Assistant General Manager/Sommelier at Delfina Restaurant Group, where they led the day-to-day operations of high-end Italian restaurants. In 2017, Nicholas became the General Manager and Consultant at HAYDEN, a wine and raw bar in Culver City. Nicholas B. also served as the General Manager/Wine Buyer at Behind the Bookstore, where they created a new concept for the restaurant. In 2019, Nicholas had multiple roles, including Wine Harvest Intern at Donkey and Goat, Operation Consultant and Opening AGM at Fable and Spirit, and General Manager at Delfina Restaurant Group. At Delfina Restaurant Group, they successfully navigated the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and implemented new systems and revenue streams that resulted in higher profits. In 2021, Nicholas joined RecastSuccess as a Customer Success Manager, where they developed the skills needed to reduce churn and increase ARR. Nicholas B. is currently working at Lattice, starting as a Business Development Representative and advancing to Senior Business Development Representative and Account Executive.

Nicholas B. McEachin completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Managerial Economics and Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. Nicholas B. attended the university from 2006 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Nicholas has also acquired several certifications. Nicholas B. obtained the Conversational Selling Playbook for SDRs certification from Coursera in February 2022. In the same month and institution, they obtained the Groundwork for Success in Sales Development certification. Earlier, in October 2021, Nicholas completed the Customer Success Manager Bootcamp certification offered by RecastSuccess. Furthermore, they obtained the Court of Masters Sommeliers Level 1 certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in December 2014.
