Carlo Tamayao, CHRP®, currently serves as the Global HR Shared Services Manager (HRIS and HR Operations) at Lattice Semiconductor since July 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing HR operations and general administration, with a focus on enhancing service delivery for the Global HR team. Prior to this role, Carlo was a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Swedish Match from June 2015 to July 2020 and worked as an HRIS Analyst at Makati Development Corporation from October 2014 to May 2015. Additionally, Carlo gained experience as an HRIS Analyst Intern at SGS during an internship in early 2013. Carlo Tamayao holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Computer Application from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, obtained in 2013, and completed high school at Colegio San Agustin-Binan in 2010.
