Jennifer Sapp is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and insurance-related roles. Currently serving as an Auto Subrogation Specialist at Latitude Subrogation Services since October 2022, Jennifer previously worked as an Independent Adjuster at Pilot Catastrophe Service from October 2016 to October 2022 and as a Lead Customer Service Representative at Diversified Product Inspections, LLC from January 2020 to June 2022. Additionally, Jennifer has a long tenure with Waffle House, Inc., starting right after high school in December 1993, showcasing strong multitasking and customer service skills in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Prior experience includes working as a Correctional Officer for the Florida Department of State from March 2000 to April 2009. Jennifer holds an Associate of Science degree in Health Professions and Related Clinical Sciences from Roane State Community College and completed studies at South College.
