Mandar Malve has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Mandar began their career as a Research and Development Scientist at SAMEER (R&D of DIT, Govt of India) from March 2013 to August 2015. During this time, they developed data acquisition embedded boards for RadioSondes and Ozone Sonde, as well as designed an ultra-low-power wireless sensor network.

Following their role at SAMEER, Mandar joined ATC Labs as a DSP Engineer from June 2016 to February 2017. Here, they worked on developing code vectors using vector quantization techniques, implementing an audio bandwidth extension algorithm, and conducted psychoacoustic studies on audio codecs.
