Nicole Durler-Montant is an experienced professional in development and diplomatic relations, currently serving as the Director of Development at the Latino Economic Development Center since May 2023. Prior to this, Nicole worked with the National Diversity Council, focusing on partner engagement and development for the Florida Diversity Council from January 2022 to May 2023. Notably, Nicole held significant roles at UNESCO, including Interim Head of Delegation and Diplomatic Counsellor for the Permanent Delegation of El Salvador, where responsibilities included managing political affairs and advising on foreign policy. Additionally, Nicole has completed several internships in various international organizations and holds advanced degrees in Social Interventions and International Affairs from Universidad de La Rioja and Ming Chuan University, respectively.
