Alejandro Fernández has a diverse work experience. Alejandro is the COO and Founder of LatinHire Tutores Online, a company that finds and manages talent for online tutoring companies. Alejandro has been in this role since January 2019. Prior to that, they were the CEO of LatinHire from July 2013 to January 2019, and the COO from January 2008 to July 2013.

Alejandro also co-founded Sobresalen.com in August 2012. It started as a marketplace connecting UX/UI designers with web developers and later became one of the top digital marketing agencies in Chile. Alejandro held this role until February 2017.

Furthermore, Alejandro co-founded Emulamaster.com in December 1999, which was one of the top 3 emulator and ROMs sites in Spanish. It had a significant daily visitor count of over 10,000 unique visitors. Alejandro ended their role with this company in June 2001.

From 2006 to 2012, Alejandro Fernández attended Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, where they pursued a degree in Ingeniero Civil Industrial with a specialization in Tecnología de la información.
