Luis Balaguer is the CEO and Founder of Latin World Entertainment, a position they have held for 27 years and 2 months.

Born in Ecuador, Balaguer moved to the United States at the age of 16 to pursue their dream of becoming a professional musician. Luis started out playing in local bands in Los Angeles, eventually landing a gig with the popular Latin band Mana.

While touring with Mana, Balaguer began to develop their business acumen, eventually launching Latin World Entertainment in 1994. Under their leadership, Latin World has become one of the most successful Latin entertainment companies in the world, with a client roster that includes some of the biggest names in the industry.

In addition to their work with Latin World, Balaguer is also a successful entrepreneur, investor, and philanthropist. Luis is a board member of several organizations, including the Grammy Foundation and the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences.
