Ashley Boudreau is an experienced behavior technician currently employed at Latham Centers, Inc. since September 2020. Previously, Ashley worked as a Building Blocks Provider at Northeast Arc, providing direct services to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and collaborating with families and professionals. Early career roles included serving as a gymnastics coach at Thompsons Gymnastics, where Ashley also taught children with developmental delays and received CPR and First Aid training. Ashley held various positions at the YMCA of Greater Boston, including summer camp administrator and gymnastics camp counselor, while also gaining invaluable experience as an early intervention intern at Aspire Developmental. Ashley holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Van Loan School at Endicott College and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
