Aaron Santiago is a seasoned software engineer and executive advisor with extensive experience in software development, operations, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Software Engineer at Latent AI, Inc., and an Executive Advisor at Ecoplast del Caribe, Aaron has held various roles including Account Manager at Admios and Development Lead at I2B Technologies, where Aaron contributed to numerous projects utilizing technologies such as Java EE, Oracle ATG, and AWS. With a strong background in Scrum practices, continuous integration, and mentorship, Aaron holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering and has pursued advanced studies, earning a Postgraduate Degree in Operations Management and currently completing a Master of Business Administration at Universidad del Norte.
