Chris Bro is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and music curation. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Account Executive and previously as the Head of Customer Experience and Customer Experience Manager at Lately since June 2018, Chris is involved with the company's innovative AI technology that transforms content into engaging social posts. Additionally, Chris has been the curator and host of NEXT: A New Music Show since 2011, promoting new music through a weekly radio program. Prior roles include co-hosting 900 Seconds and curating NEXT at Pamal Broadcasting from 2005 to 2011, as well as working as an On Air DJ at WRNR 1031FM from 2000 to 2004. Chris Bro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from St. Norbert College.
