Ashley McNeil, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Payroll & People Ops Manager at Latch since August 2023, after holding the position of Senior People Operations Generalist. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Consultant at Perficient, where Ashley was the first point of contact for employee relations within assigned areas. At Carboline Company, Ashley worked as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing various HR programs and managing employee handbooks. Additional roles include Corporate HR Administrator at Carboline Company, Employment Services Coordinator at UNC Wilmington, and Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Forest Pharmaceuticals.
