Tiffany Cabrejos Chávez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and project management, currently serving as the Customer Care Manager at LatamReady since October 2021, overseeing a team of 11 consultants and providing support to over 90 clients across Latin America and Spain. Prior to this, Tiffany held various roles at Sanofi Pasteur from May 2015 to October 2020, including PMO, where responsibilities included leading vaccine product initiatives and organizing major events, as well as providing support to the General Manager and marketing teams. Earlier experience includes administrative roles at M&P Ingenieros SAC and Inversiones Merini SAC, where Tiffany contributed to process improvements and operational efficiency. Tiffany holds a graduate master's degree in administration with a specialization in marketing from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos and additional qualifications in public management and international business.
