Edgard Carpio Muñante has a diverse work experience in the field of ERP and CRM implementation and project management. Edgard started their career at Universidad de Lima as an IT Support Analyst before joining EVOL (TSnet S.A.) as an ERP Consultant & Customer Care Manager. Edgard then worked as a Freelancer Consultant, specializing in CRM, ERP, and e-commerce implementations with a focus on Latin American localizations. Most recently, Edgard served as the VP of Operations at LatamReady, where they also held various roles as an Oracle+NetSuite Business Solution Architect, Project Manager, Senior Consultant, and SuiteDeveloper. Edgard has extensive experience in managing projects, facilitating issue resolution, providing pre-sales support, and implementing various CRM and ERP modules using different methodologies such as Oracle+NetSuite One, PMI, and SCRUM.
Edgard Carpio Muñante's education history begins in 1987 when they attended CEP Peruano Chino "Diez de Octubre" and completed high school from 1987 to 1998. Edgard then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering - BE in System Engineering from Universidad de Lima, graduating between 1999 and 2005. In 1993 and 1994, Edgard also studied English at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
In terms of additional certifications, Edgard acquired various qualifications. Edgard obtained the Multi-Book Authorized Consultant certification from NetSuite in January 2018. Subsequently, they attained several certifications related to Oracle NetSuite, including Oracle NetSuite Certified SuiteFoundation in June 2020, Oracle NetSuite Certified ERP Consultant in August 2020, and Oracle NetSuite Certified Administrator in November 2020. Edgard also acquired the OKR Certified Professional (OKRCP) certification from CertiProf in July 2020, and the Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate (SFPC) from CertiProf in June 2020. Additionally, they completed the Risk Management in Development Projects workshop offered by the Inter-American Development Bank in June 2020 and the Fundamentals Online Workshop by Management 3.0 in October 2020.
