Pauline Rousseau is currently working as the Responsable de production at LAT Nitrogen since July 2023. Prior to this role, Pauline held the same position at Borealis from August 2016 to July 2023. With a background as a Continuous Improvement Manager and Technical Training Specialist at Canberra Industries from November 2004 to June 2016, Pauline brings a wealth of experience in industrial production and quality management. Pauline holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur from Arts et Métiers ParisTech - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers and Karlsruhe Universität in Maschinenbau.
