Miroslav Lukes is an accomplished executive currently serving as President of LASVIT since January 2024, leading the company toward becoming a global leader in luxury and site-specific light installations. Lukes holds the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Czech Fintech Association since March 2022 and was the Chief Marketing Officer at J&T BANKA from June 2022 to January 2024. With extensive experience in venture building and business model innovation, Lukes has collaborated with top management at various blue-chip companies. Previous roles include Senior Counsellor to the Board at Bankovní identita, Senior Vice President at Mastercard, and Manager at McKinsey & Company. Lukes holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a Master’s degree in Finance from Prague University of Economics and Business.
