Gábor Hirsch has a strong background in database engineering and administration. Gábor is currently working at LastPass as a Principal BI Data Engineer since February 2022. Before that, they worked at LogMeIn for a significant period, where they held multiple roles. From August 2019 to January 2022, they served as a Principal BI Data Engineer. Prior to that, they were a Principal Database Administrator from February 2014 to July 2019, a Database Tech Lead from February 2013 to January 2014, and a Senior Database Engineer from September 2009 to February 2013. Gábor also has experience working at Michelin as an IT Expert - Database Developer/Administrator from January 2006 to September 2009. Their responsibilities there involved application development, database administration, and programming in various languages and platforms. Gábor started their career in 2005 at Semicom Ltd, where they worked as a System Administrator, Developer, and Database Administrator, handling tasks such as server maintenance, application development, and database administration.

Gábor Hirsch completed their education at the University of Debrecen: Health College of Nyiregyhaza from 1999 to 2003. Gábor obtained a degree in IT Organization with a field of study in Database Technologies during this time. Prior to that, Gábor attended Széchenyi István Economical Secondary School from 1995 to 1999. It is not specified whether they obtained a degree during this period, but their field of study included Computer programming and Accounting.

In addition to their formal education, Gábor Hirsch has obtained two certifications from Microsoft. In June 2011, they obtained the Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Database Development (70-433) certification and the Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance (70-432) certification.
