Abhishek Sharma has extensive work experience in the field of identity and access management. Abhishek started their career as a Sailpoint Developer at Intel Corporation in 2014, where they aggregated users into SailPoint using various connectors and developed and customized workflows and configurations. In 2016, they joined Bank of America as a Sr. Sailpoint Engineer, where they worked in a dynamic agile environment and was involved in solution design, technical documentation, workflow configuration, and third-party system integration. In 2019, Abhishek moved to State Farm as a Sailpoint IdentityNow Consultant. Here, they onboarded multiple sources into IdentityNow, designed and automated the creation of Access Profiles and roles, and played a key role in the overall architecture of IdentityNow implementation. Most recently, in 2020, Abhishek joined LastPass as a Sailpoint IdentityNow Engineer, where they designed and implemented a solution to manage the identity lifecycle of applications within the enterprise. Abhishek also developed identity federation connectors and ensured proper requirements gathering and documentation.

Abhishek Sharma pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (BVDU), Pune from 2012 to 2014.
