Brett Mobsby has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Brett started their career at CCK Treasury Systems in 1991 and worked in different positions until 1996. From 1997 to 2001, they held various positions at Iona Technologies. In 2002, they became the Professional Services Team Leader at BMS Solutions, where they provided support to clients and improved Help Desk systems. From 2004 to 2014, they worked at Calytrix Technologies as the Support Manager & Security Officer, handling support processes and customer relations. In 2014, they became an Application Support Analyst (NDIA) at Ajilon Australia, supporting the National Disability Insurance Agency. Brett then joined SMS Management & Technology in 2015 as an Application Support Analyst. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at iCetana as the Support Lead, installing and maintaining AI video analytics systems and providing exceptional support to clients. Currently, they are an Application Engineer at Last Yard (formerly SignIQ) since 2018.

Brett Mobsby obtained their BAppSc with Distinction degree from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 1987 and 1990. Brett had a focus on Maths, Computing, and Physics during their studies.
