Caroline Rinville is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and strategic roles within L'Assurance retraite and CNAV, specializing in sustainable development and human resource management. Since September 2010, Caroline has held various positions at L'Assurance retraite, including Attachée de direction, where responsibilities included supporting management in RSO activities and coordinating sustainability initiatives. As a strategic manager, supervision of a 45-member team and oversight of production and quality objectives were key tasks. Previous roles involved managing a service focused on careers and social declarations, as well as overseeing an agency for retirement services at CNAV. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Corporate Social Responsibility from IAE Paris - Sorbonne Business School and a BTS in International Trade from Paul Claudel.
