Emil Bech Madsen has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and CRM consultation. Emil started their career as a Lead Developer at Lasso X in 2015. Later, they joined NPS Today as a Lead Developer, where they developed and maintained the backend for their NPS product. Emil'sresponsibilities included managing a Windows-Azure based service for mass emailing and tracking.

From 2011 to 2016, Emil worked at Formula CRM as a Developer and Consultant. Emil provided CRM consultation and product development services to customers, as well as support and guidance. Emil was also the lead CRM developer for the Danish Business Authority project, where they implemented a solution to reduce the workload of their case workers using their CRM solution.

In 2012, Emil became a founding partner at hubster.dk. As one of the four founders, they managed the technical back-end for their mobile development projects. Emil also defined and designed requirement specifications for projects and handled various in-house development tasks, including developer recruitment.

Emil's work at CRM Extensions involved the role of a Product Manager from 2011 to 2014.

Emil Bech Madsen started their education in 2009 at IT-Universitetet i København, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Software Development. Emil completed their undergraduate education in 2012. During the same period, in 2011, they also took individual courses at the University of California, San Diego - Rady School of Management.

After completing their Bachelor's degree, Emil went on to pursue a Master's degree in Software Engineering (Business Intelligence) at IT-Universitetet i København. Emil graduated with their MSc in 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Emil obtained a certification in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customisation and Configuration from Microsoft in October 2011.
