Elaine Stracker is a legal and business expert with extensive experience in corporate governance and intellectual property. As the Founder and President of Paragon Biotech Consulting LLC since February 2021, Elaine also serves on the boards and advisory boards of multiple biotechnology firms, including Lassogen, Inc., Vast Life Sciences Inc., and Stanford University's SPARK Translational Research Program. Prior roles include General Counsel at Summit Therapeutics and Indigo Ag, Inc., and Senior Legal Counsel at Medtronic Inc. Elaine has a robust background in overseeing legal functions, compliance, and corporate development, having earned a JD in Intellectual Property Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Davis.
