Rhonda Spickler has over 40 years of experience working at Lasko Products. Rhonda started as a Supervisor in April 1978 and later became a Human Resource Manager in 1980. Rhonda then transitioned into the role of a Sr. Compliance Project Coordinator in October 2001, where they have been working since.

Rhonda Spickler attended Columbia High School from 1970 to 1973.
