Michael Andrews has a strong background in engineering and product development. Michael started their career at AMETEK, where they worked as a Product Engineer for ten years. During this time, they served as the primary technical sales and support for medical and aerospace OEM accounts. Michael also designed and developed multiple spring-based products and managed cost savings efforts.

In 2018, Michael joined Cummins Allison as a Mechanical Engineer III and later became a Project Engineer. Michael played a crucial role in the development of the company's next-generation currency counting desktop machine, managing a budget of $6 million. Michael coordinated design efforts, procured parts, and completed multiple prototype builds.

Since 2020, Michael has been working at Lasko Products as a Project Test Engineer. In this role, they manage lab testing and certification projects for various products. Michael participates in new product development design reviews, performs development testing, and develops lab process improvements.
