Alex A. is an experienced technical manager at Laserfiche since July 2015, overseeing solutions engineers and leading enterprise software deployments across various industries. Previously, Alex held roles as a senior solutions engineer, where mentorship of junior team members was emphasized, and as a solutions engineer/technical consultant, contributing to the implementation of Laserfiche solutions. Before joining Laserfiche, Alex served as an associate supervisor at Educational Testing Service, managing the SAT and GRE testing processes. An educational foundation includes a Master of Public Health from A.T. Still University and two Bachelor's degrees in Biology and Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine. Other notable experiences include leadership roles at COPE Health Solutions and extensive tutoring experience at UC Irvine.
