Lourdes Ortiz-Sostre, CPC, has extensive experience in medical coding and provider relations, currently serving as a Certified Medical Coder at Laser & Skin Surgery Center of New York® since January 2015. Prior roles include Credentialing Specialist and Provider Relations Representative at Independent Living Systems, LLC, where Lourdes maintained data for providers and communicated policy updates. At Healthcare Partners IPA, Lourdes managed a team of 15 Personal Care Advocates and served as a primary contact for physician communications regarding HEDIS and STAR measures. Lourdes also held the position of Area Manager and Assistant Compliance Officer at Consolidated Payroll Services, overseeing multiple office locations and ensuring procedural compliance. Lourdes obtained education at York Community College in Queens, New York, from 2013 to 2015.
